The Arctic Council

The Arctic Council promotes cooperation on environmental protection and sustainable development in the Arctic. Delegates will represent Arctic states while keeping in mind the interests of Indigenous organizations, working together to  address regional challenges and balance sustainability and economic development. Debate may focus on topics such as climate change, resource extraction, and the protection of Indigenous communities.
